Why is it some people see cooking as the worst chore and others love it? It’s all to do with mindset and attitude.
Shifting from hating to loving is no easy task, but it’s not impossible - I’m living proof of this.
But why bother when it's so easy to click a few buttons and a relatively healthy meal arrives at your door?
Unfortunately, ‘healthy’ takeaway and ready-made options are profit-driven and therefore have hidden ingredients which stress our bodies; seed oils which are inflammatory, and sugars, preservatives and flavouring that mess with our hormones etc etc.
The reality is, if you want optimal physical and mental health to support a full life that you can be proud of, it must start with the fuel you feed your body, and that fuel should come from mother nature, not a factory.

Mindset
I tried and failed more times than I can count to establish healthy changes to my life and diet.. Because I didn’t get my mind right first.
The workshops usually start with a coaching activity or discussion to set strong foundations in the brain for the journey ahead.
Nutrition
Healthy cooking can be horribly bland without knowledge and confidence. (Speaking from experience)
My cooking workshops create a safe space to practice and learn simple and realistic recipes to incorporate into busy lives.
Lifestyle
I wasted fortunes on supplements and organic food because I failed to address other important areas such as movement, stress reduction & sleep.
In my natural life workshops, we make natural toiletries whilst discussing how to tackle any problem areas.
What do I know?
I grew up on a rough council estate, and relied on smoking, drinking, sugar and caffeine to get me through life, which led to chronic illnesses, anxiety, and depression. Medicine and stress only made it worse.
In 2020, I decided to transform my lifestyle and try a natural approach but somehow made it worse. So I enrolled in a Health Coach course to find the right path, and am now healthier and happier in all areas of my life.
I am on a mission to help millions of people rediscover the healing, joy and flavour that can be found in fresh natural food, and these workshops are my first step.
